We offer a quality guarantee for all our products. If you notice manufacturing defects, discrepancies from the description, or damages, you have the right to file a warranty claim.
Right to Warranty:
We fully respect your rights as a consumer. In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to file a warranty claim for faulty products. If your claim is approved, we will aim to repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on your preferences and availability.

Upon receiving the warranty claim, our team will thoroughly analyze the submission. We will strive to respond to the claim promptly and take appropriate actions to resolve the issue. If the return of the claimed product is necessary, we will cover the associated shipping costs.

To file a complaint:
1. Fill out the complaint form and pack it in the package together with the goods under the complaint. You can download the form HERE. If you do not have a printer or do not want to use our form, prepare a description of the complaint yourself. However, we encourage you to use the form we have prepared, which will make it much easier for you to make a complaint.
2. Send the package. You can submit a complaint to us by one of the proposed methods:

Please do not send us parcels with the "cash on delivery" option - we are not technically able to collect such a parcel.
3. Wait for the complaint to be processed
Complaints are considered no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product. If the complaint is found to be justified, we will fulfill the complaint claim in accordance with applicable law. If you want to check whether your parcel has safely arrived at our warehouse in Mrzezyno, you can do it on the website of the carrier through which you sent the parcel.
ODR platform:
If you purchase Goods as a consumer, you are entitled to use out-of-court dispute resolution and redress in the form of an interactive ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013. on the online system for resolving consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/EC.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the use of this dispute resolution system by us is not mandatory.
